Bio

Chip Reitano is entering his 8th season as the Head Coach of the Cougar’s Softball Program. Coach Reitano has an extensive background in Softball, at the high school varsity level and Men's fastpitch level in Pennsylvania, as well as the junior level in South Jersey. He has 312 total career victories, 7 championships and 4 runner-ups.

He has also served as the President of the Somerdale Baseball & Softball Association for 10 years. Coach Reitano also served as the Region XIX Coaches Association communication coordinator for 3 years, as well as the a member of the National Fastpitch Coaches Association ethics committee for three years.

In his first season, Coach Reitano led the Lady Cougars to their most wins since the 2008-2009 season. Over the next two seasons, Coach Chip guided the 2017 and 2018 Lady Cougars to the Region XIX Championship Series and most recently, finished as the Region XIX runner-up in 2021. We look forward to continued success under Coach Reitano's leadership.

Coach Reitano is also the Head Women’s Basketball Coach at Camden County College.
