Santos has been on a tear all season on the base path. On Thursday, May 2nd Santos put his name in the record books for the baseball program as he swiped base number 57 on the season to put him on top of the single season stolen base record. On the year Santos has stolen 59 bags which leads the Nation and has only been caught stealing 4 times. For his career he has stolen 77 bags! The last Cougar who led the Nation in Stolen Bases was former 2X NJCAA All American LT Struble who is also the career stolen bases leader for the Cougars Baseball Program!
