The Region XIX Quaterfinal game was played in Sewell, NJ at Rowan College @ Gloucester County. In the first half it looked like it was going to be a normal Cougars vs Roadrunners battle to the end. By the end of the first half the Roadrunners had stretched their lead to double digits. The teams returned for the second half and it looked like the Cougars would make a game out of it behind their Sophomore Guard Justin Williams and Sophomore Center Sanoussi Abdourhamane. Unfortunately, every time the Cougars made a run the Roadrunners had an answer. When the final horn sounded the final score was 90-67 in favor of the Roadrunners. The lose ended the season for the Men's Basketball Team as they finished the year 17-15 overall.
