Abbattista's 200th Win Crushes Atlantic Cape
Camden, New Jersey. – Freshman Guard Demere Hollingsworth (Willmington, DE), played his best game to date as he led Camden to a victorious night in Papiano Gymnasium. Snatching 4 rebounds and 2 assists he ended the game with a career-high 18 points on the board. Freshman Guard, Marty Siegler (Pemberton, NJ), grabbed 6 rebounds and 2 assists and contributed 9 points. Freshman Guard Christian Barksdale (New Castle, DE) with 8 points and 4 assists. Camden County College pulled out a 74-65 win over Atlantic Cape Community College Tuesday night, their fifth win at home.
This is a comeback game for Camden after a loss on the road last week that broke their 3-game-win-streak. Camden now advances to 5-3 overall and 4-1 conference
Camden ended the game embracing Head Coach Lou Abbattista for his 200th career-win. Abbattista has been the head coach at Camden County College for 12 consecutive years with an impressive overall 200-125 record and sending over 70 players on to four-year schools.
Camden will be on the road Saturday December 2 at Brookdale Community College (2:00pm).
