Lady Cougars score 29 runs on the day

Both Teams combined for 27 hits and 29 runs in game 1, as Sussex County College outlasted the Cougars 15-14 in extra innings. After going down 10-2, the Cougars put up 8 runs in the 5th to tie it up. The teams each scored 3 in the 6th and Sussex outscoring CCC in the 8th to pull out the victory.

Game two was a different story, as the Lady Cougars scored 15 runs in the first 3 innings to come away with a 15-2 victory. The team had contributions from everyone, but they were led by Bri Kasprzak who went 3-3 with 2 doubles and an RBI, Danielle Cutrera went 2-3 with an RBI and Savannah Bittner was 3-3 with 2 RBI's.
