The Cougars traveled to Penn State Brandywine University, Saturday September 28, 2019 to compete in the Blue Apple Invitational. The 6k and 8k races were run on the challenging Penn State Brandywine campus cross country course.
The women's 6k had Sophomore Sara Loew returning to the Lady Cougars lineup after a 30 day absence, due sickness and injury. Her 2nd place effort along with Betzabel A. Delos Santos Trindad's 7th place finish would lead the Lady Cougars to victory and claim their second team championship of the 2019 season.

The next race for the Cougars will be at Belmont Plateau in Philadelphia, in the Jack St. Clair Memorial, October 12, 2019. The women's 6k starts at 12:15pm, followed by the men's 8k at 1:15pm.
