NJCAA Division III CROSS COUNTRY NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS @ Stanley Park, Westfield, Massachusetts

The Lady Cougars sent out 5 sophomores and 2 freshmen to compete in the national championship 5k race against 36 Division III junior colleges.
The five sophomores all competed in the 2018 Division III National Championships at the same location and finished in 6th place overall.
The 2019 Region XIX Champions made school history by placing in the overall top five, with a 4th place team finish.
The Lady Cougars top 5 runners finished 1:14 apart. Their effort put them only 3 points behind the 3rd place team finisher.
