Men's Cross Country Opens 2019 Season

The Cougars opened their 2019 cross country season Friday, August 30th at the Bryn Mawr Invitational. The event was held in Rose Tree Park, located in Media, Pa.
The men's 5k consisted of 11 teams and had 107 finishers. The majority of teams were colleges and universities located in the southern Pennsylvania. The Cougars were one of three junior colleges in the field.
Abdullah Kashem led the men to a 4th place team finish, while earning a 6th place individual award.

Saturday September 7th will be the next meet for the Cougars at the Dukes Invitational, hosted by Rowan College of South Jersey @ Cumberland Campus in Vineland, NJ. The women's 5k start time is 9:30am, followed by the men's 5k at 10:15am.
