The Dukes Invitational hosted by Rowan South Jersey @ Cumberland located in Vineland, NJ was held September 7, 2019. The majority of the competing teams were Region XIX junior colleges. The Cougars had nine freshmen compete in the men's 5k race. Abdullah Kashem's strong finish over the final 400 meters, earned the gold medal, along with a 5000 meter personal best time. The men's team placed 5 runners in the top 27 to finish in 3rd place.

The next meet for the Cougars will be the Osprey Open hosted by Stockton University in Galloway Twp. NJ on September 21, 2019. The men's 8k starts at 10:30am, followed by the women's 6k at 11:30am.
