Coach Chip is in his 11th season as the Women's Head Basketball Coach at CCC, and has 106 wins as the Lady Cougars head coach.

Chip has brought a wealth of experience and knowledge to Camden County College. He has been a basketball coach for 35 years, starting in 1988. He began coaching girls/women in 2000. His first girls coaching position was as the head coach at Neumann-Goretti High School in Philadelphia, where he helped lead the Lady Saints to six consecutive playoff appearances, was named coach of the year 4-times and is the 2nd all-time winningest girls basketball coach in school history, and revived the team into a nationally recognized program. He then made a one year stop at St. Hubert's High School in Philadelphia, where he helped lead the team to it's best league record in over a decade. He then crossed the river and spent two seasons as the head girls coach at Our Lady of Mercy Academy in Newfield, New Jersey, leading the Villagers to two straight state playoff appearances, playing a national schedule.

During his time at CCC, he has helped the Lady Cougars to a #7 national ranking in 2018, and was named Region XIX-Division 3 women's coach of the year. In the 21'-22' season, he led the team to a #15 national ranking and in the 22'-23 season, the Lady Cougars had 22-7 record and a #13 national ranking and was the Region XIX runner-up. Last season dealing with injuries and a shortened roster, Coach Chip led the team to a 16-8 record as well as another national ranking and Region XIX runner-up.

 

Coach Chip resides in Somerdale, New Jersey with his wife Melissa, sons CJ, Chris, Nicholas, and daughter Rebecca. Rebecca is an alumni of the Lady Cougars basketball program(class of 21'), having spent two seasons with the team.
