Men's Track and Field Finishes 19th at Nationals!

May 12 - 14, 2022

The Cougars traveled to Hudson Valley Community College, located in Troy New York, to compete in the NJCAA Division III Outdoor Junior College Track & Field National Championships.

The Cougar track & field team qualified six women and two men. A total of seven school records were broken during the three day event. The Cougars had six athletes earn Region XIX 1st team certificates, along with two NJCAA All-American Honorable Mention awards.

Sophomore Betzabel A. Delos Santos Trinidad (Collingswood HS) became the first Camden County College track & field woman to earn medals in two NJCAA national championships (2019 & 2022). Freshmen Idayat Adisa (Overbrook HS) and Amia Green (Winslow Township HS) combined to break six school records, and help lead the Lady Cougars to a 12th place team finish. Freshmen Joshua Cason (Camden County Vo. Tech HS, Sicklerville) completed an outstanding track season running in the 800m and 1500m, by improving his time in every race four consecutive weeks in a row. The men's team finished in 19th place overall.
