Cougars opened their cross country season competing in Bryn Mawr Invitational. The meet was held at Rose Tree Park, Media Pa.

The Cougar men's team sent out two runners. Freshmen Joshua Cason (Camden County Vo. Tech HS-Sicklerville) finished in 13th place, covering the 5k course in 18:21. Freshmen Marcus Nicholas (Raytown South HS, Mo.) placed 55th in 24:33.

The women's 5k, the Cougar women sent out three runners. Freshmen Rachel Melloni (Washington Township HS) finished 29th with a time of 25:04. Sophomore Julia Koerner (Overbrook HS) 29:58, and freshmen Miranda Ross (Sterling HS) 29:58 placed 38th and 39th.

The next race for the Cougars will be the Osprey Open at Stockton University on September 9, 2022. The women's 5k goes off at 4:45pm, followed by the men's 5k at 5:15pm.
