Oct. 29, 2022 The Region XIX Championships @ White Clay Creek State Park, Newark Delaware.

The Cougars Joshua Cason earned 1st Team All-Region XIX honors with his 2nd place finish in the men's 8k. This was Joshua's 6th consecutive top 10 finish this season. His time of 28:33 over the White Clay Creek course was 28 seconds faster than his time two weeks ago over the same course in the Delaware Invitational Oct. 15, 2022.

The next and last race of the season will be the NJCAA Division III National Championships on Nov. 5, 2022 @ Stanley Park in Westfield Massachusetts.
