Suny Broome Downs Lady Cougars

After opening up the Regular Season on Thursday, the Lady Cougars once again played host but this time to Suny Broome CC from New York. The Cougars looked to improve to 2-0 on the season but unforutanetly had a rough 4th quarter finding the bottom of the net as they were outscored 22-9 in the final quarter. On the afternoon, Freshman Forward Tatiana Johnson record her 2nd double-double in as many games as she grabbed an impressive 23 rebounds to go along with 14 points. Sophomore Guard Alexys Kasprzak finished with 10 points, Freshman Leilani Franklin added 12 points and 9 rebounds and Freshman Center Adisa Idayat grabbed 10 boards to go along with 8 points.

The Lady Cougars will hit the road on Thursday, November 11th as they head north to face the Jersey Blues of Brookdale CC.
