Johnson's Triple Double Propels Cougars to Victory!

On Thursday night the Lady Cougars finally got to welcome fans back into the Cougar Den as they hosted the Riverhawks of Anne Arundel CC. The Lady Cougars dominated the game from the very beginning and if we can say one thing about the game it was a statistic filler for the Cougars. Freshman Tatiana Johnson recorded her first collegiate triple double scoring 18 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists. Sophomore Guard Alexys Kasprzak scored 18 points and dished out a career high 10 assists on the night. Freshman Leilani Franklin added 17 points and Freshman Center Idayat Adisa scored 4 points and pulled down a game high 14 rebounds to go along with 4 blocks.

Up Next for the Lady Cougars will be a long trip north to face the Skylanders of Sussex CCC on Saturday at noon.
