At the NJCAA Division III Women's Cross Country National Championship Freshman Sara Loew made history and raked in the awards!

Sara Loew lead the Lady Cougars team to their highest finish in school history, with a 6th place finish at the NJCAA Division III National Championships in Westfield, Massachusetts. Sara ran her fastest 5k time of the season(20:03)  and earned 2nd team All-American honors by finishing in 7th place. That effort combined with winning the Region XIX Championship a week earlier lead her to be named the 2018 Women Cross Country Athlete of the Year for the East Region by the US Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association. Sara is the first female All-American cross country athlete in the programs history.
