Lady Cougars XC Repeats as Region XIX Champs!

The Cougars competed in the 2019 Division III Region XIX Championships on Saturday October 26, 2019. The meet was held at White Clay Creek State Park, located in Newark, Delaware.

The Lady Cougars presently ranked #5 in the USTFCCCA rankings, turned their best team performance of the season and captured their second consecutive Region XIX title. The first five Lady Cougars finished only :27 apart. Sara Loew and Autumn Baldini also earned their second - 1st Team All-region XIX awards, while Elizabeth Santana earned her first.

The final meet of the season will be the NJCAA Division III National Championships, hosted by Holyoke Community College. The 8k & 5k races will be held in Stanley Park, Westfield MA. Saturday November 2, 2019.
